Please be informed that the purchased of each Hougang Primary School Uniform inclusive of Pinafore, Boy's Shirt, House Tee are entitled to ONE name-tag. Please fill in the CORRECT name & class to complete the transaction. The name tag will be distribute to your child's class within 4 to 5 working weeks. 
 
If you required more name tag, additional name tags can be made in $6 per set (6 pieces per pack). 
 
Information for name tags
1. All name characters required in capital letters.
2. Maximum 15 characters inclusive of space.
3. Name tags will be sent to School for collection.
4. Estimated delivery will take 4 to 5 weeks.
5. Please ensure all fields are accurate.
8. Please ensure that the correct name tag colour is ordered
9. The vendor will not be held responsible for any error in spelling by the parents.
 
Delivery charges (apply to home delivery):
 
Below $50 purchase: Flat rate $6 per trip
$50 - $80 purchase: Flat rate $8 per trip
$80 - $120 purchase: Flat rate $10 per trip
$120 -$150 purchase: Flat rate $12 per trip
$150 purchased & above: Flat rate $15 per trip
